Delivery

The product page contain the estimated delivery time. It is important to note that should it say 7 days we mean 7 working days from the moment your payment has reached our bank account (usually 24 hours). The delivery time is affected by the fact that most blinds are made to measure and we need time to make and deliver them, that is why we would ask for your patience. In the case of busy times of the year such as Bank Holidays and Christmas, the delivery terms no longer apply.

Note that in the case of certain areas such as North Ireland, Scotland, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and others, carriers charge an extra delivery fee and should this be the case with an order, the customer will be informed about the extra charge from the carrier as soon as possible. In this case, the customer can opt to cancel the order should the payment of the extra charge be declined
On receipt of the delivery the blinds must be checked for good condition before signing the delivery docket.
Damages must be reported within 24 hours, claims outwith this will not be accepted.
