Returns Policy 

Cancellations / Returns Policy:

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 state that made to measure goods (blinds, curtains, shutters, shades or awnings) are excluded from this legislation and that the 7 days cancellation rights do not apply. Note that orders can still be cancelled provided that products haven't been partially or totally made yet. Blinds which are not made to measure can be returned in 7 days at the customer own expense. Please note that in case of returns, you should contact us to get a returns number which you will need to write on all boxes.
